25 Great Photos of Berlin

Earlier this year I visited Berlin and I found it an intriguing city. Most of the older history was lost in the heavy bombardments of the second world war. Fortunately some beautiful places survived. But there is so much, more recent history to enjoy in this city. For instance the part of former East Berlin and the remnants of the wall. But parts of the city are recently rebuild, some only a few years back, like the area of the Potsdammer Platz. While walking through the city you’ll see it has many different areas, each with its own atmosphere. And there’s lots to see in the streets for the photographer, here are some examples from Flickr.
