Waiting at Trainstations: 40 Photos
December 6, 2011
Travelling by train is a great way to subject yourself to the art of ‘slow travel’. In Europe it is quite easy to travel from one country to another by train. But anywhere in the world it is a wonderful way to enjoy the changing sceneries. But also a great way to spy on the people who live in that country, in their natural habitat.
And then there are the many different trainstations along the way. Sometimes shabby, sometimes modern, but often an inspiring place for a photographer. Unfortunately travelling by train also means waiting… But next time, take your camera with you to fill the time. There is so much to see! On Flickr I found many great shots of beautiful trainstations and secret snaps of people waiting.

Who thought “waiting” on a train could LOOK so good? Great collection, thanks Marjolein!
